About The Chef

Chef Kwang focuses solely on fermented foods. This is a result of his combination of Buddhist, traditional attitudes with highly experimental, innovative culinary techniques.My research goal was to have a deep understanding of my chef's philosophy toward food and dining,and reflect these beliefs in the design.
