Asava spiritually regenerates the mind and body through the transfiguration of fermentation.
Due to my chef- Kwang Buddhist and traditional efforts in his highly experimental and innovative culinary venture. He is a chef that solely focuses on the process of fermented foods. The inspiration came from the relationship between the chef’s spiritual practices and culinary path.
